Because each order is freshly prepared and often customized just for you, we kindly ask that you double-check your selections before placing your order. All sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been submitted.

At LuckíTreatz, every order is prepared fresh with care and scheduled just for you. Because of this, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your treats may already be in preparation and we may not be able to cancel.
We completely understand that things happen! However, repeated cancellations impact our small business and scheduling. Customers who cancel three (3) or more orders may no longer be eligible to place future orders with us.

💗 Delivery Policy
At LuckíTreatz, all orders are freshly prepared and carefully packaged to ensure quality and presentation. Local delivery is available within our designated service areas and will be completed within 2–5 business days, depending on order size and availability.
Delivery times are scheduled in advance, and customers will receive confirmation once their order is ready. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery time. LuckíTreatz is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery has been completed.
For any liquor-infused cupcake orders, age verification is required both prior to fulfillment and at the time of pickup. A valid government-issued ID confirming the purchaser is 21 years of age or older must be presented. Orders cannot be released without proper verification.
Valid contact information must be provided at checkout. If we are unable to reach you at the time of delivery, additional delivery fees may apply. All sales are final.

All treats are freshly made to order within 2–5 business days. Once prepared, orders are shipped within 2–5 business days. We offer a $15 flat rate shipping option or USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) for $24.99. Delivery times may vary based on location.
